Designing knitted accessories with Sandra Nesbitt Sunday 24th November 2019

 Design and knit your own winter accessory. Sandra will take you through the basics of designing from a simple standard pattern (fingerless gloves, beanie hat, scarf , cowl or beret). You will learn how to adapt for different sizes, work out how to add in your own stitch patterns for each of the different elements of your design. You will swatch and do tension measurements as part of the design process.

You will work either on straight or circular needles, whichever feels right for you. 

Time: 10.30-4pm

 Cost : £50 (Booking essential) includes refreshments and a light lunch.

Yarn to complete your accessory is included in the price.

All workshops require a basic knowledge of knitting and are designed to enhance your skills at whatever level you are.
