So what do I do, when my fingers get tired and my mind gets a little dumb from all the calculations that make up a knitting pattern? 

Well I have a little play with all the old wool sweaters I have picked up from charity shops over the years. I love the feel of these old sweaters once they have been felted to the hard wearing fabric they can be. Nothing can touch them then, no fraying of the edges, no bobbling of the wool, no shrinkage in the wash. 

And as it was coming up to July , the time of the year that the big shops start showcasing their new Christmas Products I thought I show you my simple little snowflakes , snowflake garlands, snowflake ornaments and even snowflake coasters.  All constructed from these recycled wool sweaters and scarfs.
