My polices are:-
I will ship your purchased items within 2-3 days of receiving payment. They will be packaged in tissue paper and then postage bag. Any personal notes can be added to goods if required.
Most items are ready for shipping at the time of ordering. Those that are not ready will have a statement included in the product description saying when the item will be ready for shipping (as quick as I can knit usually).
Items sent to UK addresses are sent by 1st or second class post (you choose at check out). I offer free shipping to UK addresses ONLY for any orders over £50.
Items sent to international addresses are sent by first class airmail. This is not insured and does not have a tracking number. In most instances, packages sent worldwide take around 5-14 days.
I am happy to price up alternative courier service if tracking / insurance / speediness is required. Additional postage costs may be applicable in these cases.
IMPORTANT - sorry, but buyers are responsible for any customs / related fees.
I am happy to cancel and refund a purchase before I have shipped. So if you change your mind just let me know as soon as you can please.
I do accept returns if you return the goods within 14 days of purchase and you pay the return shipping costs.
I take care in packaging my products but in the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged please notify me straight away by email.Once I have received the returned goods along with the original packaging, I will issue you with a paypal refund including the shipping costs.
If items go missing in the post please allow at least three weeks before contacting me in case it turns up. I will file a claim with Royal Mail after 25 working days and will keep you informed of progress at all times. A refund will be available when we are both assured that the goods are missing.
